How to Search Homes & Land for Sale

Find the right property with search, filters, and location pages — then dig into the details with photo galleries, maps, and the on-page mortgage widget.

Search and filter

  1. Open /homes-lands from the main navigation.
  2. Use the filters to narrow by property type (house, villa, apartment, land…), location, price range, and bedrooms.
  3. Browsing a specific area? Try the dedicated location pages — for example /property-for-sale/bequia — for everything we have in that spot.
  4. Open any card to see the full listing.

Reading a listing page

Every listing gives you:

  • A photo gallery — tap through, or open photos full-screen.
  • The key facts: price in EC$, beds, baths, lot size, and features.
  • A map of the location.
  • A mortgage widget that estimates monthly payments for this exact price as you adjust the down payment and term.
  • For developments: available lots and optional add-ons.

Save what you like

Tap the heart on any listing to add it to your Favorites (you'll need a free account). Everything you save appears in your dashboard under Favorites — and helps our recommendations learn your taste.
