On the web

1. Sign in → dashboard → Messages.
2. Start your support thread and type your message (Enter sends).
3. Replies land in the same thread — you'll be notified by email too.

In the app

1. Open Account → Messages ("Chat with the CaribiDreams team").
2. Same thread as the web — pick up where you left off.
