Getting Started: Create and Use Your CaribiDreams Account

Create your free account, verify your email, and take a tour of your personal dashboard — the home base for everything you do on CaribiDreams.

Your free CaribiDreams account is the key to the good stuff: saving favorites, booking stays, requesting viewings, tracking offers, and getting property alerts matched to what you're looking for.

Create your account

  1. Click Sign Up in the top navigation, or go straight to caribidreams.com/signup.
  2. Enter your name, email address, and a password.
  3. Check your inbox for our verification email and click the link inside. If it hasn't arrived after a couple of minutes, check spam — or request a fresh one at /resend-verification.
  4. Once verified, sign in at /login.

If you forget your password

  1. Go to /forgot-password.
  2. Enter the email you signed up with.
  3. Follow the reset link we send you and choose a new password.

Your dashboard, room by room

After signing in, open Dashboard from the navigation (or go to /dashboard). Down the side you'll find:

  • Overview — your activity at a glance.
  • Ruth — chat with our AI property assistant. See Meet Ruth.
  • Trips — your vacation-stay bookings, past and upcoming.
  • Appointments — viewings and consultations you've scheduled.
  • Favorites — every property you've saved.
  • Offers — offers in progress with your agent.
  • Invoices — bills you can view and pay online.
  • Preferences — tell us what you're looking for; this powers your matches and alerts.
  • Documents — paperwork shared with you, including items to sign.
  • Messages — your conversations with our team.
  • Profile & Settings — your contact details, password, and notification choices.
