Create an alert

1. Browse /homes-lands and look for the alert prompt on the search page.
2. Choose what to watch: property types (houses, villas, apartments, condos, cottages, bungalows, land, commercial), locations, and your price range.
3. Enter your email and create the alert.
4. If you're new, confirm the alert from the email we send — that's what switches it on.

What you'll receive

• Instant alerts — when a new listing matches your criteria, it lands in your inbox with photos, price, and a direct link.
• The weekly digest — a Sunday-paper-style roundup of everything that matched during the week, so a busy few days never costs you a property.

Manage your alerts

Every alert email includes a manage link to /alerts/manage, where you can:

• Adjust criteria (budget up, area wider, land only…).
• Pause an alert while you travel.
• Delete alerts you no longer need.
