The most valuable thing you can do on CaribiDreams isn't searching — it's telling us what you're searching for. Our matching engine compares every active listing against your recorded needs, continuously. New listing appears that fits? You and your agent both know.

Set your preferences

  1. Sign in and open your dashboard.
  2. Go to Preferences.
  3. Record what matters:

- What you're looking for — house, villa, apartment, or land; to buy or to rent. - Where — the towns and islands you'd consider (and any you wouldn't). - Budget — your comfortable range in EC$. - Size — bedrooms and bathrooms. - Financing position — cash, pre-approved, needs financing, or still exploring.

  1. Save. That's it — the engine takes it from here.

What your preferences switch on

  • Matches: every current and future listing is scored against your needs. Strong fits surface to your agent, who reaches out with the reason it fits — not a generic blast.
  • Smarter conversations: Ruth and our team see what you've told us, so nobody asks you the same questions twice.
  • Better alerts: pair preferences with a listing alert and email does the watching for you.

Keep it honest, keep it current

Changed your budget after a mortgage conversation? Fallen for a different island? Update your Preferences the same day — stale needs produce stale matches. The engine re-scores automatically whenever your needs change.
