Change your details, control what we send you — and if you ever want to leave, delete your account yourself, in full.

Your account is yours — including the door out.

Manage your account

• Web: dashboard → Profile and Settings for your details, password and communication choices.
• App: Account → Manage your account for the same controls.

Delete your account

1. Go to caribidreams.com/delete-account (in the app: Account → Manage your account → Delete account).
2. The page lists what gets deleted — saved properties, searches and viewing requests; your applications; payment and invoice records where law allows — and what must be retained (e.g. the fact that an identity verification happened).
3. Confirm with DELETE MY ACCOUNT. This is permanent.

Before you delete: download anything you need from Documents, and settle open invoices — the page walks you through it.
