Property viewings have their own flow — this one is for time with us: a buying consultation, paperwork, a planning conversation.

On the web

1. Go to caribidreams.com/schedule-appointment.
2. Pick a date and time, add what it's about, and book.
3. Confirmation and reminders arrive by email; the appointment shows under Dashboard → Appointments, where you can reschedule or cancel.

In the app

Your appointments appear alongside your viewings; reminders arrive as notifications. To book a new office slot, use the web page — or just tell Ruth.

"Book me an office appointment Tuesday afternoon" — Ruth prepares it and you confirm. "When am I seeing the team?" — she reads your schedule.
