Make your offer right from the listing — web or app — then track the negotiation: counters, acceptance, revisions and withdrawals, all in one place.

Make an offer

On the web

  1. Open the property and press Submit an Offer (next to the price).
  2. Enter your amount and terms, add any add-ons offered with the listing, and submit.

In the app

  1. Open the property and choose Submit an offer.
  2. Set your offer with the slider (it shows the percentage of asking), pick how you're paying (financing or cash), add a note — "e.g. pre-approved financing, flexible closing date" — and submit. You'll see Offer submitted when it's in.

Signed-in only: offers are real commitments, tied to your account.

Track the negotiation

  • Web: dashboard → Offers.
  • App: Account → Offers.

Each offer shows its status: pending, Counter-offer, Accepted, Declined, or Withdrawn.

When the seller counters

The counter amount appears on the offer. You can accept the counter as shown, revise your offer to a new number, or withdraw (the app asks "Withdraw this offer?" so a tap can't do it by accident).

When it's accepted

Congratulations — the paperwork begins. The team guides you from here: agreement, signing, and if you're financing, your loan application.

Ask Ruth

"Is my offer fair?" — Ruth checks it against your budget and the market read. "Any news on my offer?" — she reads the live status. She'll prepare the paperwork trail, but the offer itself is always your tap.
