No printing, no scanning, no driving to town with a pen. When paperwork needs your signature, it comes to you.

Signing, step by step

1. Open the email. When a document is ready, you receive a secure signing link — personal to you, so don't forward it.
2. Review the document. The link opens the full document in your browser. Read it — the page shows exactly where your signature is needed.
3. Sign. Draw or type your signature on screen — phone, tablet, or computer all work.
4. Done. Everyone gets a completed copy once all parties have signed, and the document appears in your dashboard under Documents.

If life intervenes, gentle reminder emails nudge you until it's signed (with an opt-out link if you'd rather they stop).

Verifying a document is genuine

Every CaribiDreams document can be checked for authenticity:

1. Go to /verify.
2. Enter the document ID (printed on the document itself).
3. The verifier confirms it was issued by us and hasn't been altered.

Useful for banks, lawyers, or your own peace of mind.

Where everything is kept

Your dashboard's Documents tab holds the paperwork shared with you — agreements, disclosures, completed signatures — so the deal's paper trail never lives in a lost email thread.
