Money questions

  • "What can I afford?" — give her your income (and savings for the full picture) and she calculates your ceiling, then shows listings inside it. See Work Out What You Can Afford.

Getting things done

  • "Book a viewing for Saturday" — she sets up the showing with you.
  • "What appointments do I have this week?"
