Favorites & Recommendations

Heart the properties you love, find them all in one place, and let your saved homes teach our recommendations what to show you next.

House-hunting generates tabs. Favorites replaces them.

Save a property

  1. Sign in (favorites need a free account so they follow you across devices).
  2. Tap the heart on any listing card or listing page — for-sale homes, land, or vacation rentals.
  3. The heart fills; the property is saved.

Find them again

Open your dashboardFavorites. Everything you've saved is there with current prices — and if something changes on a listing you've saved, you're looking at the live version, not a stale screenshot.

Tap the heart again anywhere to remove a property from the list.

Recommendations that learn

Your saves, searches, and viewings quietly teach our recommendations. In your dashboard you'll see suggested properties chosen because they resemble what you've been drawn to — same areas, similar sizes, comparable budgets.

Two ways to make recommendations sharper:

  1. Save generously. Even a "maybe" teaches the system what catches your eye.
  2. Set your Preferences. Recommendations infer; preferences declare. Together they're much stronger than either alone.

From saved to seen

When a favorite keeps pulling you back, that's your signal: request a viewing — or ask Ruth to compare your favorites side by side.
