View & Pay Invoices Online

Every invoice comes with a secure online payment link — view the breakdown, pay by card, and keep the receipt in your dashboard.

Whether it's a booking balance, a service fee, or a deposit, invoices on CaribiDreams are viewable and payable without leaving your browser.

When an invoice arrives

1. You'll get an email with the invoice attached to a secure link — and it also appears in your dashboard under Invoices.
2. Open it to see the full breakdown: line items, amounts, tax, the total, and the due date.

Pay online

1. On the invoice page, choose Pay.
2. You'll be taken to our secure card checkout (your card details are handled by our payment processor — they never touch our servers).
3. Complete payment. You'll see Payment Successful and receive a receipt by email.
4. The invoice flips to paid in your dashboard, receipt attached, for whenever you need it again.

If a payment link has expired by the time you open it, the page refreshes it for you — just follow the prompt.

Keeping track

The Invoices tab is your ledger: everything issued, everything paid, in one place. No more archaeology through email attachments at tax time.

Something look wrong?

If an amount surprises you, don't pay it — message us from the dashboard or via /contact-us and we'll straighten it out first. An invoice can always be corrected; an explanation after payment is more paperwork for everyone.
