A property comes with errands — cleaning before guests, a contractor for the fence, a surveyor before you buy land. The services layer handles the finding.

The services directory

1. Open /services from the navigation.
2. Browse or search providers by what you need — cleaning, construction, landscaping, surveying, and more.
3. Open a provider's profile to see what they do, where they work, and how to reach them.
4. Contact them directly from the profile.

The services store

For services with a fixed scope and price, skip the back-and-forth entirely:

1. Go to /services/store.
2. Pick the service — each one lists exactly what's included and what it costs.
3. Order and pay online.
4. You'll get an order confirmation, and the order appears in your dashboard under Service Orders, where you can follow its status.

Run a service business?

Get in front of every property owner and guest on the platform:

1. Go to /list-business.
2. Create your provider profile — services, areas covered, contact details.
3. Our team reviews it, and once approved you're live in the directory.

Tip for new owners and hosts

After buying or listing a rental, skim the directory once — knowing who to call before the water heater acts up is one of those small moves that pays for itself.
